Starting Solids Virtual Workshop

Join us for a comprehensive virtual workshop via GoogleMeets with our Pediatric Dietitian! Here we will cover everything that you need to know when starting solids and how to raise a happy eater.

It will include when and how to start, as well as the best foods to start with. You will learn about the different feeding approaches including Baby-Led Weaning. We will talk about how to safely introduce food allergens and discuss other common concerns that parents have. There will plenty of time to ask all of your questions so that you leave this workshop feeling confident.
